You confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and are authorised to accept them personally or on behalf of your organisation. We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published on this page, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the update. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not continue to use the relevant service.

Technology services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or affected by defects, security incidents, third-party systems, or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and safeguards for your own data, devices, and accounts.

You must use our services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, deceptive messages, or communications without the permission required by applicable law.
• Use the services to harass others, distribute harmful content, commit fraud, infringe rights, bypass security controls, or carry out unlawful activities.
• Interfere with the operation of our systems or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, networks, or services.
• Breach the rules of third-party platforms connected to our services, including WhatsApp. X Tech is not responsible if a third party restricts, suspends, or terminates your account because of your conduct.

You are responsible for your use of our services, the content and data you submit, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party requirements. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse X Tech and its personnel for reasonable losses, claims, and costs resulting from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, X Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you provide through our services is collected and shared lawfully.

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to a service if you breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to meet agreed payment obligations, or misuse the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
